Sound Of Melodies CD - Leeland

Sound Of Melodies is the debut release from progressive rock band Leeland. Co-produced by Marc Byrd, Matt Bronlewee and Steve Hindalong, Sound Of Melodies contains majestic, heartfelt melodies with lyrics focused both on human and spiritual relationships. Leeland credits a multitude of European rock acts as its musical influence: Travis, Coldplay, Delirious?, Doves and Godfrey Birtill, among others.

According to seventeen year-old Leeland Mooring, the band’s lead singer and guitarist, 'The heartbeat of Sound Of Melodies is the heartbeat of our ministry. A lot of the songs came out of prayer, so while trying to stay fresh musically, we endeavoured to match the music with an intensity for seeking after God. The main purpose of the album is to inspire those who listen, both young and old, to have a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.'
